We currently utilize Sonora Quest Laboratories (www.sonoraquest.com) and Labcorp (www.labcorp.com) for all conventional blood work and testing. The cost of conventional bloodwork is typically covered by insurance. If you do not have health insurance, Family Integrative Medicine can offer special pricing to keep necessary blood work affordable.

Specialty Testing: We offer specialized laboratory testing to help determine underlying causes of your health concerns.

Food Allergy Testing
Helpful for digestive complaints, allergies, fatigue and migraines

Hormone Testing
Helpful for women with hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, sleep disturbance, heavy bleeding, irregular bleeding, or PMS

Helpful for men with low libido, erectile dysfunction, abdominal weight gain, irritability or fatigue

Adrenal Stress Testing
Helpful for low energy levels, stress, anxiety or poor immune function

Neurotransmitter Testing
Helpful for depression, anxiety, or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD)

Insurance

Many insurance carriers will cover naturopathic medical services.  If you have out of network coverage, your carrier may cover.  We are not contracted with any insurance carrier at this time.  Payment is made at the time of service.  A medically coded bill will be provided to you to submit to your insurance carrier.  If your insurance carrier offers coverage, they will reimburse you directly.  Most PPO plans will with the exception of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona.  Flex spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are accepted.  If your insurance does not cover, then all expenses are tax deductible from your Arizona state income tax.
