When it comes to employee satisfaction, Family Integrative Medicine is among the Orlando Business Journal’s 2024 Best Places to Work in Central Florida.

The Orlando-based practice with locations in Altamonte Springs, Baldwin Park, DeLand, Melbourne and South Orlando is among 81 finalists for the honor, joining some of the region’s most prominent employers in health care, finance, design and construction, architecture, education, tourism and other leading industries.

The finalists were recently announced in the Orlando Business Journal. To determine the list, workers at each of the organizations were surveyed by an independent third party, Quantum Workplace, on 30 scored items across six categories: communications and resources, manager effectiveness, team dynamics, individual needs, personal engagement and trust in leadership.

Winners will be announced in late August. The finalists represent businesses across five categories, by workforce size.

“Being recognized as one of the region’s top employers alongside such organizations as the Orlando Magic and Marriott is truly an honor,” said Eddie Rivera, Family Integrative Medicine’s co-founder and chief executive director. “Our employees truly are the heart and soul of the practice, and their valued feedback makes this recognition all the more special, while also providing us valuable insight on how to make Family Integrative Medicine an even better place to work.”

Family Integrative Medicine specializes in regenerative medicine, harnessing the power of the body’s innate ability to heal itself, and other non-surgical treatment options for long-term illnesses and chronic conditions.

Its holistic approach integrates regenerative treatments with other services, such as medical acupuncture and traditional Chinese herbal medicine, chiropractic care and physiotherapy, to address the root causes, not just treat surface-level symptoms.
